The approach
myTQM was built by people working in the care industry and Strathclyde University Digital Leadership Programme in Glasgow. Using Scottish Approach to Service Design throughout, it is mapped to Care Inspectorate Quality Framework. Every product is evidence led and interoperable with the myTQM core, layer by layer.

Scottish social care had no quality platform built for its regulation, its language and its pressures. The tools available were designed for other systems and other countries.
myTQM started with therota, proved it in production, continuously building interoperable products to further enhance the already exceptional myTQM core. Every release is shaped by people who run the work, not just write the software.
