Why myTQM exists
The tools did not fit the work.
Scottish social care had no quality platform built for its regulation, its language and its pressures. The tools available were designed for other systems and other countries, and care homes were left holding the gap together with spreadsheets and paper.
myTQM was founded to close that gap. We started with therota, proved it in production and have kept building the products that follow. Every release is shaped by people who run the work, not just write the software, and the platform is tested where it matters, in real care homes, every day.
